OptoSpan's 8 fiber MPO cables feature our new and exclusive FiberShield design. The FiberShield structure employs three times (3x) the amount of the PVC jacket and DuPont Kevlar to protect the multitude of delicate optical fibers located inside the cables. This ruggedized cable structure results in a flexible yet robust 4.5mm MPO cable that is 5x stronger than the standard 3.0mm cable.

Manufactured using OptoSpan Premium OM4 fiber, standard jacket Plenum MPO Harness w/FiberShield is designed for light to medium duty indoor applications such as data-center racks and desktop/network connections. Optional MTP Elite (US Conec) low loss connectors available. PMLC-FM408NXP0C is ROHS compliant according to ROHS2011/65/EU and come with a 10 year warranty.
