4U Patch Panel Enclosures

4U Patch Panel Enclosures are the largest and most capable patch panel enclosures offered by OptoSpan. All 4U patch panel enclosures are of OptoSpan’s High Density Series, and are therefore compatible with the standard LGX form factor. This allows a broad range of fiber cassettes and fiber adapter panels to be loaded into the enclosure.

4U High Density patch panel enclosures can host up to 12 High Density cassettes, providing up to 288 front LC or 144 SC connections with 12 or 24 fiber MTP Elite connectors in the rear, when loaded. Each High Density patch panel enclosure comes with a complete splicing kit, including fiber pigtails and splicing trays. 4U High Density patch panel enclosures include a front sliding and locking tray, removable top case, adjustable mounting brackets, rear hinged panel, a front hinged acrylic panel, and a complete set of mounting hardware.
