Non-Armored General Outdoors
This IP68 rated waterproof cable for outdoor use is made of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) for high tear
strength, chemical & oil resistance, and superior abrasion resistance.
OptoSpan's TPU-IP68 Series standard waterproof cables are designed for use in outdoor maritime, oil
and gas, and telecommunications applications and are protected against dust, dirt, sand, and water
exposure.
These cables are made of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), which provides great tear strength, chemical and oil resistance, and improved abrasion resistance.
These characteristics make the cables appropriate for usage in harsh environments and contribute to their durability and longevity.
These UV-rated outdoor fiber optic cables are appropriate for general outdoor use and can be used in combination with bayonet IP-68 rated connectors to create a total waterproof network connection.
