ratings is flexible, and lightweight.
SteelPatch-IP68 Series waterproof cables from OptoSpan are ideal for outdoor industrial
network applications such as Fiber to the Antenna (FTTA), Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and
sports arenas.
With unparalleled toughness that surpasses standard fiber cables, these ODVA-compliant IP68 cables boast a strong layer of steel armor which safeguards against rodent penetration and harsh conditions such as pulls & tension loads or crushing forces.
These UV-rated industrial fiber optic cables have a steel jacket molded into a helical pattern to protect the interior fibers, as well as two strength members of high-grade steel wire for exceptional durability. These cables are suited for outdoor applications with distances up to 300 meters.
