All Single-mode MTP/MPO connectors are APC (Angled Polish) connectors.

Use this MPO Single-mode Cable for 100G LR (10 Send - 10 Receive):

1. 100G CPAK SR10 links between two Cisco CPAK transceivers (CPAK 10x10G-LR).
2. Other 100G links between patch panels and transceivers.
