48 Fiber MTP to LC Breakout Cables are often utilized in the conversion of high data rates (40G/100G) to lower more manageable rates (1G/10G), or conversions from 1G/10G to 40G/100G rates. An example of this would be numerous SFP transceivers funneling data through LC connectors and into CPAK or CXP transceivers. Each fiber breakout cable may also be connected to an MTP trunk cable, allowing direct access to the individual strands and eliminating the need for additional fiber cassettes, pigtails, or splitters.

These 48 Fiber MTP to LC Breakout Cables are available as four 12 fiber MTP connectors, or as two 24 fiber MTP connectors. These options provide a wider range of compatibility and customization, including allowing separate MTP or MPO devices to connect to various devices over a single cable. Additional custom configurations are available upon special request.
